An affordable entry level metal two-seater,
designed to give you everything you would expect in a
modern trainer. The design of the new 118 hp "Alpha" trainer
relies on a simple, rugged all-metal airframe (that of
the R 2160, tested to the +6/-3.5 G acrobatic limits),
carried on a strongly built oleo-pneumatic landing-gear.
The engine is an O-235 Lycoming, renowned for its modest
thirst (21-23 litres/hour), offering an unmatched 2400-hour
recommended TBO. Its modern lines, with low wings and
a bubble canopy, its comfort and its handling qualities
will appeal to the pupil and the instructor alike. |
