Apex Aircraft allows
prospective customers to book aircraft delivery slots simply by
paying a deposit. This is what we call a purchase option.
The deposit is fully refundable on request at any time up to four
months before the planned delivery date.
This arrangement allows our prospective customers to plan their
investments : their hands are not tied but they still get a definite
delivery date.
Delivery slots can be reserved up to five years in advance.
So as to accommodate customers who have not yet planned their
purchase, Apex Aircraft regularly reserves slots in its own name.
This allows speedy delivery (within four months) of each type
of aircraft.
Obviously, there can be no guarantee that slots will be available
so watch our web site for announcements.
The purchase option becomes a firm order at the latest four months
before the planned delivery date. The deposit becomes a downpayment
which is not refundable except in cases of force majeure.
The first downpayment is for 25 per cent of the total order price
(excluding VAT). The second downpayment is for 30 per cent and
must be made two months before the actual delivery date. The balance
is payable on delivery.
Subject to availability, prospective customer's may defer purchase
options on request.
Apex Aircraft accepts purchase options and operates a first-come-first-served
reservation procedure for aircraft currently undergoing certification
(CAP 10C, CAP 222). However, Apex Aircraft cannot give commitments
as to delivery dates before the DGAC type certificate is issued.
Accordingly no firm orders can be accepted for these programs.
